4K HDR Beautiful lily flower garden in ichihazama Yuri-en | Kurihara, Miyagi Japan
Minami Kurikoma Kogen Ichihazama Lily Garden in Kurihara City, Miyagi Prefecture Japan is a botanical garden with the theme of lily flowers, which closed in 2020.
In Ichihazama, Kurihara City, wild lilies and other liliaceous plants grow naturally, so in 1988, we planned to start developing a town with a distinctive character.
The town revitalization group, which was established by 15 young volunteers from the town, has studied and completed this famous flower spot with the theme of lilies.
In the 30,000-square-meter garden that makes the most of the undulations of a small hill, there are 150,000 bulbs of 200 varieties of lilies from around the world, such as Lilies of the Asiatic, Oriental, and Longiflorum varieties, and 20,000 plants of 50 varieties of Hemerocallis.
