This video is Higashimatsushima Summer Festival Reconstruction Prayer Firework festival 2012 held at the Japan Air Self Defense Force Matsushima Air Base in Higashimatsushima City, Miyagi Prefecture Tohoku Japan.
This fireworks display was held with the aim of reviving the town from the tsunami caused by the Great East Japan Earthquake that occurred in March 2011, and a memorial service for the deceased.
