Tokyo German Village Winter Illuminations 2019-2020
Winter Illumination 2019-2020 is being held at Tokyo German Village, a theme park in Sodegaura City, Chiba Prefecture Kanto Japan. The theme is Jump out! Pico Pico! Dream World.
In this event, about 3 million LED bulbs are colorfully decorated around 50,000 square meters around Marc Dod Platz and around Lawn Square.
This illumination was certified as one of the three major Kanto illuminations along with Ashikaga Flower Park and the Enoshima Shonan no houseki, but unfortunately it was lost in re-certification in 2018.
Still, this year, the China Lantern area will be expanded to include 30 works of ancient Chinese traditional lantern art, and you can enjoy the fantastic light art that can only be seen here.
