This is a surprise sky-launched character fireworks “Heart” by Haga Fireworks Co., Ltd. launched at the Sendai pageant of Starlight Santa no Mori no Monogatari 2016 held in Sendai City, Miyagi Prefecture Japan on December 23, 2015.
