At Sanbongi Sunflower Hill in Osaki City, where 420,000 sunflowers bloom in the summer, about 2 million Canola blossoms that bloom like a bright yellow carpet are in full bloom from late April to past Golden Week in May. There is also a pedestrian promenade in the vast field of Canola blossoms, and you can take a walk freely while watching the Canola blossoms that spread out in full view.
In 2021, the Canola Flower Festival was canceled to prevent coronavirus infection, and special products and events were not held.
