Sendai Japan 4K Hirose River Lantern floating & Fireworks Festival 2019

A video of the night view & Hirose River Lantern floating and Fireworks Festival held on August 20, 2019 at the riverside Hirose River in Sendai City, Miyagi Prefecture tohoku japan.
The rain that had fallen until the evening stopped, and it became a perfect firework day without the need for rain gear until the fireworks launch time, and was crowded with many visitors.
After the opening declaration at 15:00, the lanterns began to flow. After the opening ceremony, a “light, water and concert evening” was held for about 2 hours by high school students in Miyagi Prefecture.
