The 0th Morioka Donpa Surprise Fireworks Festival was held in Morioka City, Iwate Prefecture Japan on September 24, 2021.
The first fireworks display to revive Morioka Donpa, which was held more than 20 years ago, has been canceled due to the effects of coronavirus infection that has continued since 2020.
Therefore, it was implemented in a surprise format.
On the day of the event, Day and Night’s mini-live and four-song music fireworks were launched.
