All Nippon Airways Boeing 747-400D graduation Flight carried out at Sendai airport on March 15, 2014.
This is a scene to take off to the sightseeing flight and landing at through overhead.
The graduation flight was held as part of ANA’s Boeing 747-400 Retirement memorial Promotion “THANKS JUMBO! Campaign” on March 31, 2014, when 35 years of operations were completed and 747 all aircraft were retired.
In this event, elementary school students in Miyagi prefecture, which is scheduled to graduate this year, made a sightseeing flight on board a Airliner.
Jumbo jet JA 8961, which departed from Sendai Airport at 10:30, flight around the Tohoku region and arrived at 11:55.
