This is a video of the Twin Ring Motegi Fireworks Festival held at Twin Ring Motegi in Motegi Town, Haga District, Tochigi Prefecture Japan on August 14, 2011.
It is a summer fireworks display where 12,000 beautiful fireworks produced by Kikuya Obata Fireworks in Gunma Prefecture, which has a lot of achievements in fireworks competitions, are launched at the oval course of the international circuit.
