This is an airplane landing while generating a Vapour and a night view of the runway at Sendai Airport.
Sendai Airport on the coastline side of Sendai Bay tends to have high humidity due to summer sea breeze, so it is easier for Vapour to occur from the main wing of the landing aircraft.
In this video, shot from the embankment along the Teizan canal at the end of the runway on the east side of Sendai Airport.
